This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek for early disposal of Consolidation Appeal No.13 of 2006 pending before the Additional District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Director, Consolidation, Kendrapara.

It appears that on 20th April, 2022, this Court directed learned State Counsel to take instruction from the Additional District Magistrate-cum-Deputy Director, Consolidation, Kendrapara with regard to the time required for disposal of Consolidation Appeal No.13 of 2006.

Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate on instruction submits that the Additional District Magistrate-cumDeputy Director, Kendrapara took up the Consolidation Appeal No.13 of 2006 for hearing on 10th May, 2022 and final order has been passed.

In that view of the matter nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition.
