This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners in this writ petition seek for a direction for quashing of the proceedings in Mutation Case Nos.2152 and 2153 of 2021, which have already been disposed of by the Tahasildar, Kanas in the district of Puri.

Since the proceedings sought to be quashed had already been disposed of, the question of quashing of the proceedings does not arise at all.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
