It is submitted by Mr. G.R. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner that inadvertently his name could not be typed/written in the column indicating the name of advocates in the vakalatnama, though he has signed in the vakalatnama. It is further prayed that he may be permitted to write his name in the vakalatnama in the Court today. Permission as sought for is allowed.

Heard Mr. Sethi, learned counsel for the petitioner in detail. It is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the defects pointed out by the Registry, he may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file it afresh.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
