1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks withdrawal of the CRLMC with liberty to surrender before the concerned court.

2. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. In the event the Petitioner surrenders in the concerned court within a period of four weeks from today and prays for bail, his prayer for bail shall be considered in accordance with law including the ground of parity, if any applicable, on the same day.

3. It is also open for the concerned court in seisin over the matter to consider the prayer for interim bail of the Petitioner, if any, applied in terms of the ratio decided in the case of Pramod Kumar Ray and others vs. State of Odisha, reported in 2017(II) OLR 44 .
