1. This matter is taken up through virtual mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The Petitioner is in custody since 22nd February, 2022 in connection with Bari Ramachandrapur P.S. Case No.51/2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.458/2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for the alleged commission of the offence under Sections 147/148/294/506/120-B/307/427/149 of the I.P.C. read with Sections 3,4 and 5 of Explosive Act.

4. The allegation is that at the instance of the Petitioner, a group of people consisting of nearly 61 persons threw 10 to 12 bombs at the shop of the informant. However, it appears from the materials on record that there was no damage either to person to property.

5. Considering the above facts, the period of detention in custody and the fact that investigation appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail.

6. Let the Petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as may be imposed by the court in seisin over the matter in the aforesaid case including the condition that he shall appear before the court below on each date of posting of the case without fail.

7. The BLAPL is disposed of.

8. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
