1. It is stated by Mr. Muduli, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State that the mining operation in the area question has completely been stopped. Further, directions have been issued in some connected PILs on the transportation of the minerals to the areas in question.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to file a fresh petition if any cause of action arises in future. If there are any other environmental issues, it will be open to the Petitioner to raise them before the appropriate forum.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. An urgent certified copy of this order be issued as per rules.
