This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No.
(Virtual/Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The writ petition filed by the petitioner involves the following prayer:
"Under the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, it is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to:
(i) Direct/order the Opp. Parties to give appointment to the Petitioner under the Rehabilitation Assistance Scheme, within a stipulated period, as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court for the interest of justice;
(ii) Pass such other order(s) or issue direction9s) as may be deemed fit and proper in the bona fide interest of justice; 4.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that petitioner ventilating his grievance has filed a representation before the Principal Secretary, Skilled Development & Technical Education Department, Odisha, Bhubaneswar, Opposite Party No.1, dated 07.02.2021, which according to the petitioner is still pending consideration before the said Authority. Accordingly, a prayer has been made to direct the O.P. No.1 dispose of the representation of the petitioner expeditiously.

Considering the limited nature of grievance and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the Opposite Party No.1 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 07.02.2021 (Annexure-5) strictly in accordance with law, but taking into consideration the judgments of the Hon'ble Supreme Court as well as High Court of Orissa on the above issue, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. The Opposite Party No.1 shall dispose of the same by passing a speaking and reasoned order. Decision so taken be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter. 6.
With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 7.
