Heard Mr.S.Das, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 2.

On instruction Mr.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel submits that in the meantime on completion of investigation in connection with Khandapada P.S. Case No. 49 of 2022 final report has already been filed vide Final Form No. 38 dated 30.6.2022 before the appropriate Court. 3.

In such background nothing remains to be decided in this case vis-à-vis the prayer made.

Accordingly, the CRLMP is disposed of as infructuous.
