Heard Mr. B.N. Mohapatra, learned counsel for the Petitioner and Mr. K.K. Das, learned Additional Standing Counsel for Opposite Party - State.

It is submitted on behalf of Petitioner that he was earlier released on bail as per order of this Court passed in BLAPL No.2156 of 2018 by the learned J.M.F.C., Jajpur Road on 2nd August, 2018 in C.T. Case No.15 of 2018. The alleged offences are under Sections 376(2)(j)(n)/506 of I.P.C. After commitment, the case was registered as C.T. Case No.5/2020 in the court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Jajpur Road. Subsequently, due to his non-appearance for the reason of COVID-19 restrictions, NBW of arrest was issued against him vide order dated 22nd February, 2022.

Thus considering the limited nature of prayer and after hearing learned counsel for the State, the CRLMC is disposed of with the direction that in the event the Petitioner surrenders on or before 6th

April, 2022 before the learned court below and moves for bail, he be released on bail in the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions to be fixed by the learned court below in seisin over the matter including the condition that he shall attend the court on each date fixed. 4.

The CRLMC is disposed of.
