2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner frankly states that in relation to the same Petitioner for two other Assessment Years (AYs), the Petitioner has already been relegated by this Court by an order dated 16th March, 2022 in W.P.(C) Nos.6659 and 6660 of 2022 to the statutory remedy of appeal.
