1. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners as well as Opposite Party No.2-Informant confirms that both the Petitioners have married and right now they have two children.

2. In that view of the matter, Kashinagar P.S. Case No.18 of 2015 and the corresponding G.R. Case No.148 of 2015 pending in the Court of SDJM, Paralakhemundi and all proceedings consequent thereto in respect of the present Petitioners are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
