This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. On the last date learned counsel for the petitioner had undertaken to file the copy of Annexure-1 by next date i.e. today and the petitioner was directed to apprise the Court about the present status of the case but neither the copy of Annexure-1 was filed nor the order passed by this Court on 29.09.2022 was complied. The CRLMC is pending since 22.12.2016 and in the meantime, more than six years have passed. 3.

It, therefore, pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

In view of the aforesaid development, the CRLMC stands dismissed.
