This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the state.

This is the second journey of the petitioner to this Court. The petitioner has called in question the selection of Opposite Parties 4 to 6 as Asha Karmies of village-Srikrushnapur and Ganeswarpur under Remuna CHC, district-Balasore under the administrative control of the CDMO, Balasore. 4.
It is stated at the Bar that in terms of the earlier direction of this Court dtd. 02.12.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.37885 of 2021, the petitioners had submitted a representation by Registered Post on 08.12.2021 and though more than two months has elapsed in the meanwhile, that of such representation has not been communicated.

The writ petition is disposed of directing the CDMO, Balasore-Opposite Party No.2 to look into the grievance of the
petitioners and consider the representation stated to be pending after giving them and the Opposite Parties 4 to 6 an opportunity of hearing and this exercise be completed within a period of two weeks from the date of production of the certified copy of this order.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petitioner stands disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
