The Petitioner has filed this writ petition with the following prayer:- "The petitioner, therefore, prays this Hon'ble Court to be pleased to admit this writ application and after hearing the parties direct the Opp.Party-Bank to settle Rs.5.90 lakhs on OTS and adjust R.3 lakhs paid by the petitioner in the meanwhile and communicate the petitioner the balance loan amount extending reasonable time for payment"

The Registry has pointed out that court fee has been paid neither in the writ petition nor in the I.A. Though the matter is of the year 2019, till date no steps have been taken to remove the defects.
