The Petitioner in this writ petition prays for a direction to set aside the order dated 6th December, 2021 (Annexure-7) passed by the Additional Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar in Mutation Case No. 27529 of 2021, wherein an application under Section 8(A) of the O.L.R. Act, 1960 filed by the Petitioner was rejected. 3.

In course of hearing, Mr. Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays for withdrawal of the writ petition to pursue his remedy under Section 58 of the O.L.R. Act, 1960 as the order impugned herein is appealable one.

In view of such submission, this writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn.

Certified copy of the impugned order under Annexure-7 shall be returned to the learned counsel for the Petitioner on substitution of attested photocopy thereof.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
