In the course of hearing of bail application, Mr.A.Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw the bail application with liberty to approach the Court afresh after exhausting his remedy before the learned trial Court.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and prayer, this Court without adverting the materials on record, disposes of the BLAPL granting liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail before the learned trial Court.

The BLAPL is disposed of.
