Petitioners have clear appeal remedy further in the event petitioners are already issued with eligibility proof as appearing at Annexure-7, petitioners have also otherwise remedy before the competent authority for allotment of land in their favour. 3.

In the circumstance, while this Court finds no scope for interfering in the cause of action involved herein, disposes of the writ petition with an observation that in the event petitioners have any other option, they may avail the same.
