This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Order No.

The petitioners in this application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short "Cr.P.C.") have prayed for quashing of the order dated 02.03.2016 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Soro in C.T. Case No.261 of 2014 taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 498-A, 341, 494, 323/34 of IPC and Section 4 of the D.P. Act.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order of cognizance. Hence, this CRLMC filed challenging the impugned order of cognizance being devoid of any merit stands

// 2 // dismissed. Interim order dated 29.07.2019 passed by this Court stands vacated.

However, liberty is given to the petitioners to raise all such contentions at the time of framing of charge, if charge has not been framed in the meanwhile.

A copy of this order be communicated to the Court below forthwith.
