2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 19.02.2022 in connection with Jagatsinghpur P.S. Case No.101 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.250 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 147/148/455/294/323/307/353/379/395/171-C/120-B/149 of IPC read with Section 29 of the Orissa Grama Panchayat Act, 1964 and read with Section 135/135-A of Representation of People Act, 1951 and 1988.

4. Considering the submissions, materials on record, and the fact that the investigation appears to have progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the

matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
