This contempt petition has been filed alleging noncompliance of the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No.17670 of 2019, wherein it is directed that the Petitioner, if so advised, may file copy application before the Judge-in-charge, District Record Room-cum-Registrar, Civil Courts, Balasore for getting the certified copy of the judgments in C.S. No. 30 of 1976(I) and T.A. No. 48 of 1989. 3.

On perusal of the contempt petition, it appears that the Annexure-2 discloses that copy application of the Petitioner was rejected on 9th April, 2021. Hence, the order dated 10th December, 2019 passed in W.P.(C) No. 17670 of 2019 has been complied with.

In view of the above, no contempt is made out. Accordingly, the CONTC is dropped.
