07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement Order No (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and learned counsel appearing for the Opp. Parties.
3. The Petitioner has filed the present Writ Petition with the following prayer:- "It is therefore, prayed that, this Hon'ble court be graciously pleased to admit the same issue notice and call for the Opp. Parties to file a show cause and having the same to issue writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s)/certiorari/ mandamus to direct the Opp. Parties to consider the representation as Annexure-5 and considering for allotment of vacant unallottment "Pindies to the Petitioners as district centre commercial complex, Chandrasekharpur, PhaseI and II number of vacant 69 out of 165 shown in Annexure-3.
And further be pleased to pass any order/orders direction/directions as deem fit and proper for ends of justice.
And for this act of your Lordship's kindness the petitioner shall as in duly bound ever pray."
4. Learned counsel for the Petitioners further submits that through highlighting their grievances, the Petitioners have filed an
// 2 // application dtd.20.02.2020 at Annexure-5 series to the Writ Petition before the O.P. No.3, but till date nothing has been done in the matter. In such background, learned counsel for the Petitioner prays that a direction be issued to Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted Petition within a specific time period.
5. Considering the submissions made and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs Opposite Party No.3 to take a decision on the above noted petition in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of this order and communicate the result of such exercise to the Petitioners.
