1. This matter is taken up through a separate notice.

2. In a similar writ appeal by an order dated 18th January, 2021 in W.A. No.649 of 2020, this Court permitted the Appellant to move before the learned Single Judge by way of a review petition.

3. Consequently, the Appellants here are also permitted to withdraw this present writ appeal with liberty to file a review petition before the learned Single Judge in accordance with law.

4. Accordingly, the writ appeal is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
