Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner.

It is surprise to see that the Application filed under Order 39 Rule 2(A) of C.P.C., vide I.A. No.140 of 2016 is pending for consideration even after six years. While expressing displeasure in the manner of taking up the Interlocutory Application, this Court directs the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Pattamundai to conclude the proceeding, vide I.A. No.140 of 2016 at least within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order by the Petitioner. 3.

The CMP stands disposed of accordingly.
