This matter is taken up through Hybrid arrangement (video conferencing/physical mode). Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
This is an application under section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in connection with I.C.C. Case No.473 of 2021 pending in the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Jajpur for commission of alleged offences under section 436/34
// 2 // of the Indian Penal Code.
Mr. Saktidhar Das, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners submitted that the case arises out of a complaint petition, in which after taking cognizance, summons have been issued against the petitioners.
Since there is no apprehension of arrest of any of the petitioners, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
In the event the petitioners appear on the date fixed in the learned Court below and move for bail, the same shall be disposed of by the learned Courts below in accordance with law expeditiously. The case records be made available before the Court concerned for disposal of the case.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
