1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 28.09.2021 in connection with Dhenkanal Sadar P.S. Case No.454 of 2021 corresponding to G.R. Case No.986 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, Dhenkanal in C.T. (S) No. 16 of 2022 for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 395/120-B of IPC read with Section 25 and 27 of the Arms Act.

4. It is alleged that three persons came in a motor cycle to a petrol pump and snatched away the cash bag containing Rs.49,646/-. It is further alleged that the present petitioner and another person were waiting outside. In the meantime, investigation having been concluded charge sheet has already been submitted.

5. Considering the submissions made, materials on record, period

of detention already undergone and the fact that charge sheet has already been submitted, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.

6. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

7. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
