1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioner is in custody since 13.02.2022 in connection with Orient P.S. Case No.24 of 2022 corresponding to C.T. Case No.372 of 2022 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Jharsuguda for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 394 of IPC read with Sections 25/27 of the Arms Act.

4. Considering the fact that the stolen ornaments have already been recovered and investigation has progressed substantially, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall appear before the Court in seisin over the matter on each date of posting of the case and in case of even a single default,

appropriate order shall be passed to take him to custody again. Further, he shall appear before the IIC of Orient Police Station once in every fortnight for a period of six months and the IIC of the said Police Station shall certify such fact to the concerned Court once in every month.

5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
