Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is an allegation that in dealing with the property claimed by the Petitioner through Annexure-4, the Collector, Cuttack has decided the matter in reference to some other Plots. Perusal of Annexure-4 and reading through Annexure-6, this Court finds, the Collector, Cuttack taking a decision has clearly dealt with Plot Nos.831 and Khata No.248. In the circumstance, this Court finds, the allegation of the Petitioner remains unfounded. This Court, therefore, declines to entertain such Writ Petition, which thus stands dismissed.
