This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to set aside the judgment dated 23.12.2017 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Baliguda in R.F.A. No.01 of 2015 confirming the judgment dated 08.07.2015 and decree dated 22.07.2015 passed by Civil Judge (Junior Division), G. Udayagiri in C.S. No.01 of 2013.

Heard Mr. R.K. Mohanty, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that the Civil Revision Petition is not maintainable before this Court on the ground of pecuniary jurisdiction. Hence, it is urged that the Civil Revision Petition be transferred to the court having jurisdiction to entertain the revision petition.

Considering such submission, it is directed that the Civil
// 2 // Revision Petition be transferred to the Court of District Judge, Phulbani.

Registry is directed to do the needful.

Parties are directed to appear before the learned District Judge, Phulbani on 19th December, 2022. Further, on appearance of the parties, learned District Judge shall make every endeavour to hear the appeal and conclude the same expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.
