1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. Order No.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State.
3. The petitioner is in custody since 31.01.2022 in connection with Nilagiri P.S. Case No.19 of 2020 corresponding to C.T. Case No.23 of 2020 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., NIlagiri for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 341/323/324/307/379/109/427/34 of IPC read with Section 25/27 of Arms Act.
4. Considering the submissions, materials on record, the period of detention and the fact that the co-accused persons have already been released on bail as per order passed by this Court in BLAPL No. 5557 of 2020 and BLAPL No. 3756 of 2020, I am inclined to allow the prayer for bail. Let the petitioner be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the court in seisin over the matter may
deem fit and proper to impose including the condition that he shall personally appear before the trial Court on each date of posting of the case without fail.
5. The BLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
