The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for direction to opposite parties to recalculate the dues as per the lease deed vide Annexure-7 and to quash the penalty imposed on him vide Annexure-1.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that pursuant to the show cause notice dated 06.09.2021, the petitioner has already filed his reply before opposite party no.3-Tahasildar, Soro on 30.10.2021, under Annexure-15, but no decision has been taken on the same. Therefore, he prayed for a direction to opposite party no.3 to dispose of the same within a stipulated time, to which learned Additional Government Advocate has no objection. 4.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.3 to take a decision on the show cause reply filed by the

petitioner vide Annexure-15 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
