This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This is an application for modification/correction of typographical error in the order dated 7th July, 2022 by which the writ petition disposed of.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that after disposal of the writ petition, the Petitioner came to know that in the meantime, the civil proceeding has been transferred to the Family Court, Khurda and has been renumbered as C.P.No. 84 of 2021. 4.

In view of the above, the case number (C.P. Guardian Misc. Case No.75 of 2020-21) mentioned in paragraph-6 of the order dated 7th July, 2022 be corrected as C.P.No. 84 of 2021 in place of C.P. Guardian Misc. Case No.75 of 2020-21.

Rest part of the order dated 7th July, 2022 shall remain unaltered.

The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
