This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Learned counsel for the Petitioners in the course of hearing of this CRLMC submits that although the Petitioners had appeared before the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur, Cuttack on two occasions prior to the out-break of Corona but due to non-appearance of the informant, who is stated to be dead, the trial of the case has not progressed and right now the case has been transferred to Cuttack but he does not know the Court in which the case is pending right now. Further, it is prayed for withdrawal of the CRLMC with grant of liberty for expeditious disposal of the case. 3.
Learned counsel for the State submits that the disposal of the case may be targeted.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration that this CRLMC is pending since 2016 impugning the order passed on 11.03.2016, this Court without expressing any opinion on merit disposes of this CRLMC with a direction to the Court in seisin of the case to proceed with the trial as expeditiously as possible and dispose of the case within a period of six months of

This CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.
