Heard Mr.A.Sahu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.D.K.Mohanty, learned Addl. Standing Counsel. 3.
According to Mr.Sahu the petitioner is aggrieved by non-disposal of Misc. Case No. 36 of 2021 filed before the Collector & District Magistrate, Bargarh (opposite party No.2) praying for releasing of Tata 709 Truck bearing Registration No.
CG-04-JA-2010, Chassis No.
386555ETZ814106 and Engine No. 497TC94ETZ848255. He further prays that a direction be issued to opposite party No.2 for disposal of aforesaid Misc. Case within a specific time period.

Considering the innocuous nature of prayer and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Court directs the Collector & District Magistrate, Bargarh (opposite party No.2) to dispose of the above noted misc. case in accordance with law within a period of six

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. 6.
Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
