During the course of hearing, Mr.Mansingh. Learned counsel Order No.

appearing for the petitioner submits that after the development through Annexure-3, there has been declaration of result of the Panchayat Samiti involved. In the circumstance, this Court applying the principle laid down in the Case of N.P.Ponnuswami Vs. Returning Officer, Namakkal Constituency, Namakkal, Salem Dist. and four others, AIR 1952 SC 64 finds petitioner has only remedy of election dispute. Consequently, the writ petition stands dismissed.
