1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking removal of Order No.

encroachers without actually making the encroachers parties to the writ petition. Consequently, the writ petition cannot be entertained in the present form.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies if the cause of action survives, by filing a fresh representation naming the encroachers and thereafter upon following up on such representation, seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
