It appears, Annexure-1,a complaint in the matter of renovation of Sittamma Nala appears to have already been received by the competent authority submitted on 04.02.2021. It is alleged that in spite of receipt of such complaint almost a year back, there is no action on the same. Considering this to be a serious inconvenience to the locality, this Court in disposal of the writ petition directs the opposite party no.4 to take decision for renovation on the request of the petitioners at Annexure-1 by completing the entire exercise within a period of one month from the date of communication of certified copy of this order along with copy of the writ petition by the petitioners.
