Writ Petition to avail the opportunity of Appeal under Section 8 of the Odisha Land Rights to Slum Dwellers Act, 2017 read with Odisha Land Rights to Slum Dwellers Rules, 2017. 2.

In the circumstance, the Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn. Keeping in view the Petitioners' bona fidely moving through this Writ Petition, delay condonation application, if filed, delay shall be condoned and the Petitioners' Appeal shall be heard and disposed of on its own merit.
