This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is with regard to inaction of the Tahasildar, Jharbandh-Opposite Party No.3 in implementing the order dated 6th July, 2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation, Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.2 in R.P. No.1817 of 2014.

Counter affidavit has been filed by the Tahasildar, Jharbandh-Opposite Party No.3 in Court today stating that the order of the Additional Commissioner will be complied with within a period of six months. The same is taken to record. 4.

Taking into consideration the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, this Court disposes of this writ petition with a direction that on production of certified copy of this order along with all necessary documents by the Petitioner within a period of three weeks hence, the Tahasildar, Jharbandh-Opposite Party No.3 shall do well to take steps for compliance of the order dated 6th July, 2015 passed by the Additional Commissioner, Settlement and Consolidation,

// 2 // Sambalpur-Opposite Party No.2 in R.P. No.1817 of 2014 within a period of six months therefrom in accordance with law giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned. 5.

A copy of this order shall be supplied to Mr. Mishra, learned Additional Government Advocate for communication and compliance.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
