Heard Mr. C.R. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

This application has been filed by the petitioner-wife under Section 24 of C.P.C. for transfer of C.P.No.17 of 2022 filed by the opp. party-husband under Section-22 of the Special Marriage Act, 1954 read with Section 281 of the Mahamedan Law in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur, to the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack.

Mr. C.R. Satapathy, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this TRP(C) has been rendered infructuous as in the meanwhile, C.P. No.17 of 2022 has been disposed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jagatsinghpur.

In view of the above submission, the TRP(C) is dismissed as infructuous.

Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
