This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in view of the order passed by this Court vide dated 06.07.2021 in W.P.(C) No.16560 of 2021, no further order is required to be passed in the present writ petition.

By order dated 06.07.2021, this Court was directed the opposite parties to regularize the service of the petitioner and grant all consequential benefits as due and admissible to him in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.

In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the petitioner does not want to press the present writ petition and seeks permission to approach this Court by filing a contempt petition for non-
