This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Mr. D. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner has not surrendered to custody after availing the interim bail and he has got no instruction from the client. 3.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present BLAPL stands disposed of for want of instruction.

However, the learned Court in seisin of the case is requested to proceed against the Petitioner and his surety in accordance with law, if the Petitioner has not surrendered to custody in the meantime. ( G. Satapathy) Judge Priyajit
