1. The workman admits that the reference as made by the order dated 6th February, 2013 is vague and indecipherable and in fact, the workman himself apparently has approached the Ministry of Labour & Employment for amending the terms of reference.

2. In that view of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of by directing that the dispute will not be adjudicated on the basis of the question referred to in the order dated 6th February, 2013. Instead of amending reference the Opposite Parties will make a fresh reference on a question properly worded. It is so ordered. The writ petition is disposed of.
