1. The matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The petitioner challenges the action of the opposite party No.5 i.e. Block Education Officer, Nayagarh in not sending the LPC, service book and HRMS profile of the petitioner to the opposite party No.4 for payment of salary in spite of requests made by the opposite party No.4 and by the petitioner to opposite party No.5.

3. The petitioner joined as Assistant Teacher in Saradhapur Primary School, Nayagarh in the year, 1989 and continued as such in different schools till 2013. The petitioner promoted to the post of Headmaster, Level-VI in the year, 2013. Thereafter, he was promoted to the post of Headmaster Level-III and joined as Headmaster, Nabaghanpur U.G.M.E. School, Nayagarh in 2014. The petitioner was promoted to the post of Assistant Block Education Officer (ABEO) and was posted in the office of opposite party No.4. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he joined as ABEO, he is not getting his salary from the November, 2021 to till date.

4. In view of such facts, the petitioner has stated to have given a representation to the District Education Officer, Nayagarh. Though the representation has been annexed along with the present writ petition, there is no receipt or postal details regarding such representation he has filed.

5. In view of such facts, the petitioner is directed to file fresh representation before the opposite party No.3 ventilating his grievance and the opposite party No.3 shall dispose of such representation within a period of fifteen (15) working days from the date of presentation of this order.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of.
