This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This contempt petition has been filed against the Opposite Party-Contemnor for non-compliance of order dated 1st November, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.31932 of 2021.

Heard Miss Deepali Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Prem Pattnaik, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party-Contemnor. 4.

Mr Prem Pattnaik, learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the Opposite Party/Contemnor, on instruction, submits that the order dated 1st November, 2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.31932 of 2021 has already been complied

// 2 // with. To that effect, a letter issued by the Additional PCCF (Protection & Sustainable Management) addressing the Advocate General, Odisha, Cuttack has been filed. 5.

Since the Opposite Party-Contemnor has already passed an order, there appears to be no defiance of this Court's order, as such, this contempt proceeding stands dropped. 6.

However, if the Petitioner is aggrieved by the said order, she may challenge the same by filing the appropriate petition.
