Mr. Pattanayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client is unfortunate father of the son, who died by drowning. His client seeks relief of compensation. 2.

Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, prayer in the petition is, inter alia, for direction to consider representation under annexure-5. He submits, direction be made for petitioner to make fresh representation to opposite party no.2 and same will be duly considered. 3.
