1. This petition was registered on a letter received by this Court regarding implementation of the Orissa Education (Selection Board for the State) Rules, 1992.

2. In the last seven years, there have been no substantive order passed by this Court and no affidavit has also been filed. Since there would be subsequent developments which have to be accounted for, the Court is not inclined to entertain the present petition. As such, the petition is disposed of.
