This application has been filed by the petitioner-husband for transfer of C.P. Case No. 96 of 2019 pending in the Court of learned Judge, Family Court, Sambalpur to any Sessions Court under the jurisdiction of District and Sessions Judge, Sambalpur. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner files a memo stating that he may be permitted to withdraw the TRP(C) as it has become infructuous. The memo be kept on record.

In view of the above submission, the TRP(C) is disposed of as infructuous.
