On the oral submission, learned counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in the Cause Title of the Writ Petition in Court itself.

Considering the submission made and since the R.O.R. is standing in the name of the Petitioner, this Court directs, in the event the R.O.R. has not been disturbed as yet, nothing prevents the competent authority to accept the revenue in respect of the land involved herein to be submitted within a period of seven days hence. It is further directed that the revenue shall be accepted without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 4.
