Heard Mr. B.P.Das, learned counsel for the Petitioners. 3.

The Petitioners have filed this Writ Petition claiming compensation which was decided to be paid in the year 2001 after 20 years. 4.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition suffers from delay and latches as it is purely a wrong claim. Thereby, the Writ Petition stands disposed of permitting the Petitioner to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum, if they so advised.
