None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 3.

The petitioner by way of an application U/S. 482 of Cr.P.C. seeks to quash the order passed on 14.05.2008 by learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in G.R. Case No.508 of 2004 refusing to allow the petition filed on behalf of the accused U/S.205 of Cr.P.C. and thereby issuing N.B.W.(A) against him along with process U/S.82 of Cr.P.C. In the meanwhile around fourteen years have passed after passing of the impugned order. It, therefore, pre supposes that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the CRLMC is dismissed.
